The role of Operations Specialist at Clearwater Capital Partners is a dynamic role in providing support of the firm’s financial advisors and clients. As a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Clearwater Capital Partners has enjoyed significant growth since its founding in 2006. As the client base and team has grown, the need for an Operations Specialist is required.

Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

-          Prepare and complete account opening paperwork

-          Link and maintain client accounts in the firm wealth planning system

-          Perform regular account maintenance (e.g. Name/address changes, beneficiary information, reporting statements, changes to

trustee, etc.)

-          Assist clients with transaction requests (Move Money, Deposit Checks)

-          Open and Service Pledged accounts

-          Work with custodians to process out wire requests.

-          Proactively follow up and resolve any asset transfer issues, to ensure successful receipt of both ACAT and Non ACAT transfers.

-          Communication with clients, custodians, and other vendors.

Compliance Support

-          Work with Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to archive electronically all client documentation

-          Prepare system reports for CCO’s periodic review

-          Oversee record retention & filing in conjunction with compliance direction

-          Ensure compliance documents are always up to date for clients, and ensure that we are remaining compliant in our

communications/actions with clients

Required Skills

-          Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook.

-          Ability to learn proprietary software and databases (Tamarac CRM)

-          Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

-          Skilled multi-tasking and managing priorities effectively

-          Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

-          Highly organized with strong attention to detail

-          Team player

Minimum Requirements

-          Bachelor’s degree

-          Satisfactory verification of citizenship or immigration status, a successful background screening, credit check and drug testing.

Desired

-          Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) and/or Family Office experience

-          3+ Years’ Experience
