Clearwater Capital Partners Names Juliann Brown Manager of Client Experience (CX)
Hoffman Estates, IL - Clearwater Capital Partners has named Juliann Brown Manager of Client Experience (CX). In this position, Brown will continue to lead the development and delivery of Clearwater Capital’s CX strategy to ensure the company maintains and grows its high standards of white-gloved service and customer care. She will continue to collaborate closely with the advisors and the leadership team to deliver important future touchpoints and solutions to cater to the experiential needs of our clients.

Last year Brown completed the Accredited Wealth Management AdvisorSM (AWMA®) certification through the College for Financial Planning. She has since continued her education with the Six Sigma Certification as well as received the certificate of Customer Loyalty: A Strategic Approach, from Northwestern| Kellogg, Executive Education Program.
